Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating, creating and producing: social media content for the official Middle Tennessee Football recruiting page which included recruit specific material. Utilize a strong understanding of the college football recruiting landscape and industry standards, principles, and practices to organize a recruit focused social media strategy. Collaborate with the Director of Player Personnel, Director of Recruiting, and creative/recruitung interns to coordinate and oversee official and unofficial visit recruiting photoshoots.
Takeaways:
During my time in this role, I was tasked with taking the lead on the creative and social direction for the Middle Tennessee Football recruiting account. I wanted to represent the brand with the speed, strength and swiftness of the Blue Raiders mascot which is a Pegasus named “Lightning.” This was done by implementing the following elements: lightning bolts with and without motion, light streaks, light leaks, gradients, noise, and lightning rods in all designs.
